Xmas Song Lyrics
Little Christmas Tree
I watch the snow flakes fall Against my window pane And wonder if you Are watching snow flakes too
I take a walk downtown To where you used to meet me Theres joy everywhere But all thats waiting there
Is just a little Christmas tree Lookin sorta sad n lonely just like me Noone seems to care They just went away And left it standing there All alone on Christmas Eve
I hear the Christmas bell The happy people singing The songs of good cheer That only brings me tears
I sadly close my eyes And say a little prayer You'll be waiting there for me I look but all I see
Is just a little Christmas tree Lookin sorta sad n lonely just like me Noone seems to care They just went away and left it standing there All alone on Christmas eve
This is the season of love But I'm as sad as I can be Why did you have to leave me
Oh little Christmas tree Lookin sorta sad n lonely just like me Noone seems to care They just went away And left it standing there All alone on Christmas Eve.
That Christmas Feeling Bennie Benjamin and George Weiss Xmas Lyrics
How I love that Christmas feeling How I treasure its friendly glow See the way a stranger greets you Just as though you'd met him Christmases ago
Christmas helps you to remember To do what other folks hold dear What a blessed place the world would be If we had that Christmas feeling all year.
Jingle, Jingle, Jingle
Jingle, jingle, jingle You will hear my sleigh bells ring I am old Kris Kringle I'm the King of Jingling
Jingle, jingle, reindeer Through the frosty air they go They are not just plain deer They're the fastest deer I know (Ho! Ho!)
You must believe that on Christmas Eve I won't pass you by I'll dash away in my magic sleigh Flying through the sky
Jingle, jingle, jingle You will hear my sleigh bells ring I am old Kris Kringle I'm the King of Jingling (Ho! Ho!) For Thy mercy and Thy grace Constant through another year Hear our song of thankfulness Father and Redeemer hear
Dark the future; let Thy light Guide us, bright and morning star Fierce our foes and hard the fight Arm us Savior for the war
In our weakness and distress Rock of strength be Thou our stay In the pathless wilderness Be our true and living way
Keep us faithful; keep us pure Keep us evermore Thine own Help, O help us to endure Fit us for the promised crown.
If It Doesn't Snow On Christmas Xmas lyrics by Gene Autry
Santa works all day in his workshop Making lots of games and toys Then one day, he hops in his sleigh To bring them to the girls and boys Santa's just as nice as he can be There's just one little thing that worries me
If it doesn't snow on Christmas How is Santa goin' to use his sleigh In case of rain, will there be a train That'll speed him on his way If it doesn't snow on Christmas How will Santa get around to us If he breaks down on his way to town Will they let him use a bus
I sent him a nice long letter And I hope it's not in vain I'd really feel much better If I knew he could fly a plane
People say he has eight reindeer For the sleigh he's driving here But how'll he go, if it doesn't snow On Christmas this year
If it doesn't snow on Christmas How is Santa goin' to use his sleigh In case of rain, will there be a train That'll speed him on his way If it doesn't snow on Christmas How will Santa get around to us If he breaks down on his way to town Will they let him use a bus
I sent him a nice long letter And I hope it's not in vain I'd really feel much better If I knew he could fly a plane
People say he has eight reindeer For the sleigh he's driving here But how'll he go, if it doesn't snow On Christmas this year.
I'll Be Home For Christmas
I'll be home for Christmas You can count on me Please have snow and mistletoe And presents on the tree
Christmas Eve will find me Where the love light gleams I'll be home for Christmas If only in my dreams.
With Bells On Lyrics
I'll be home with bells on I'll be home with bells on Trim the trees and wrap the presents Turn the Christmas music on This Christmas I'll be home with bells on
I've traveled around this country crossed the waters deep and wide Made lots of friends and memories brought joy to others lives It's Christmas time again another year has come and gone And I can't keep from wonderin' how the old folks are at home
I'll be home with bells on I'll be home with bells on Trim the tree and wrap the presents turn the Christmas music on This Xmas I'll be home with bells on
When the snow is on the meadow and the sleigh bells jingle bright And the kids are singing jingle bells around the Christmas lights As daddy stokes the fire and mama puts the turkey on There ain't nothing going to slow me down this Christmas I'll be home
I'll be home with bells on I'll be home with bells on Trim the tree and wrap the presents turn the Christmas music on This Christmas I'll be home with bells on.
Winter Wonderland Xmas Song Lyrics
Sleigh bells ring, are you listening, In the lane, snow is glistening A beautiful sight, We're happy tonight, Walking in a winter wonderland.
Gone away is the bluebird, Here to stay is a new bird He sings a love song, As we go along, Walking in a winter wonderland.
In the meadow we can build a snowman, Then pretend that he is Parson Brown He'll say: Are you married? We'll say: No man, But you can do the job When you're in town.
Later on, we'll conspire, As we dream by the fire To face unafraid, The plans that we've made, Walking in a winter wonderland.
In the meadow we can build a snowman, And pretend that he's a circus clown We'll have lots of fun with mister snowman, Until the other kids knock him down.
When it snows, ain't it thrilling, Though your nose gets a chilling We'll frolic and play, the Eskimo way, Walking in a winter wonderland.
Walking in a winter wonderland, Walking in a winter wonderland.
The Gift
A poor orphan girl named Maria Was walking to market one day She stopped for a rest by the roadside Where a bird with a broken wing lay A few moments passed till she saw it For its feathers were covered with sand But soon clean and wrapped it was traveling In the warmth of Maria's small hand
She happily gave her last peso On a cage made of rushes and twine She fed it loose corn from the market And watched it grow stronger with time
Now the gift giving service was coming And the church shone with tinsel and light And all of the townfolks brought presents To lay by the manger that night There were diamonds and incense and perfumes In packages fit for a king But for one ragged bird in a small cage Maria had nothing to bring
She waited 'til just before midnight So no one would see her go in And crying she knelt by the manger For her gift was unworthy of Him
Then a voice spoke to her through the darkness "Maria, what brings you to me? If the bird in the cage is your offering, Open the door and let me see." Though she trembled, she did as He asked her And out of the cage the bird flew Soaring up into the rafters On a wing that had healed good as new
Just then the midnight bells rang out And the little bird started to sing A song that no words could recapture Whose beauty was fit for a king
Now Maria felt blessed just to listen To that cascade of notes sweet and long As her offerings was lifted to heaven By the very first nightingale's song.
Xmas Is Coming
Christmas is coming, The geese are getting fat, Please put a penny In the old man's hat. If you haven't got a penny, A ha'penny will do, If you haven't got a ha'penny, Then God bless you.
Xmas Canon

This night We pray Our lives Will show
This dream He had Each child Still knows
We are waiting We have not forgotten
On this night On this night On this very Christmas night.
Give Heed My Heart Lyrics
Give heed, my heart, lift up thine eyes! What is it in that manger lies? Who is the Child so young and fair? The blessed Christ Child lieth there.
My heart for very joy doth leap, My lips no more can silence keep; I, too, must sing, with joyful tongue, That sweetest, dearest cradle song.
Glory to God in highest heav'n, Who unto man His Son has giv'n, While angels sing, our hearts to cheer, To all the earth a glad new year!
Good King Wenceslas Xmas Lyrics
Good King Wenceslas looked out On the feast of Stephen, When the snow lay round about, Deep and crisp and even. Brightly shown the moon that night, Though the frost was cruel, When a poor man came in sight, Gathering winter fuel.
Hither, page, and stand by me. If thou know it telling: Yonder peasant, who is he? Where and what his dwelling? Sire, he lives a good league hence, Underneath the mountain, Right against the forest fence By Saint Agnes fountain.
Bring me flesh, and bring me wine. Bring me pine logs hither. Thou and I will see him dine When we bear the thither. Page and monarch, forth they went, Forth they went together Through the rude wind's wild lament And the bitter weather.
Sire, the night is darker now, And the wind blows stronger. Fails my heart, I know not how. I can go no longer. Ark my footsteps my good page, Tread thou in them boldly: Thou shalt find the winter's rage Freeze thy blood less coldly.
In his master's step he trod, Where the snow lay dented. Heat was in the very sod Which the saint had printed. Therefore, Christian men, be sure, Wealth or rank possessing, Ye who now will bless the poor Shall yourselves find blessing.
